About your visit

At DC Immediate and Primary Care we understand you may not be feeling your best. We are here to help you in any way we can. Our state of the art office is designed to not only be an easy and efficient resource during your time of need but also is designed to be an accommodating and soothing experience. We strive to make your visit to our office as stress-free as we can!

Our office is fully equipped with computers and televisions for the personal use of our patients.

Our goal is to make your visit to DC Immediate and Primary Care as easy and efficient as possible. We offer our patients the ability to register their visit and/or make an appointment right in the convenience of their home or anywhere else for that matter.

Your convenience is our top priority. If you choose to register your visit using our online system all you have to do is check in at the front desk with a valid photo ID and if applicable your insurance card.

We ensure all patients with reserved appointments to be checked in and in an exam room within 10 minutes of their scheduled appointment time. Walk-in patients are seen on a first come, first serve basis; except in cases of emergencies.

For our walk-in patients, we make the in house registration process as quick and easy as possible. Please check in at the front desk, where you will be given a laptop to quickly guide you through the patient registration process. Upon completion the front desk Medical Assistant will help you finish up registering your visit and have you ready to be seen by one of our board certified or board eligible physicians within minutes.

When visiting DC Immediate and Primary Care please remember to bring a photo ID with you, Insurance card, and in the case of a minor a parent/guardian must be present in order for the minor to be seen by the doctor.

During your initial visit to DC Immediate and Primary Care you will be given a unique username and password which you can use to access your medical record remotely and as a returning patient to the office you may use your login information to register your visit within seconds!

Note: During times of high patient volume, clinic may stop accepting new patients earlier than the posted clinic closing time.
